Welcome to a wonderfully relaxing, blissful and nourishing winter’s morning workshop.
For two whole hours we shall breathe, move, and take our time to nurture ourselves. You can expect:
- Breathwork techniques for relieving stress and anxiety
- Gentle, breath-focused yoga
- Calming guided visualisation
- Cosy relaxation session with music and live vocals
- Hot drinks and cake
- A joyful, welcoming, lovely space to allow yourself to relax, and take what you need for your mind and body, surrounded by like-minded people
