I've recently started going to Emily's yoga class and consider it to be a real find. I love the gentle pace and the way the moves are integrated with the breathe. Emily teaches in a clear way, both in demonstrating the moves and explaining them. She notices if you are struggling with a move and helps you in a quiet, unobtrusive way. It's such a friendly group. They have welcomed me with open arms and I feel accepted, however I am feeling. And you get to dance and listen to Emily sing (she has a beautiful voice) . The meditations are insightful and there's something to do with origami too - but you'll have to give it a try to find out what that is!
